Part of a special collaboration between Artemide and Danese Milano, the Dalu Ruby Red Collection table lamp revisits Vico Magistretti's 1969 design through a bold, contemporary lens. The Ruby Red Collection reinterprets a series of design icons in a limited edition defined by a single, saturated hue: a deep, glossy red with the richness of bordeaux that intensifies each object's relationship with its surroundings. Magistretti's Dalu, with its flowing, single-piece thermoplastic form, was born from the revolutionary energy of late-1960s Italian design, and its sculptural silhouette has lost none of its cultural resonance in the decades since. In Ruby Red, the Dalu's curved surfaces take on a new depth, with reflected and diffused light amplifying the material presence of the form.
