Product Catalog

The majority of products on the Studio Italia website are for browsing purposes only and not available for purchase online. If you would like more information on any of our products, including pricing and availability, please contact us.

Clearance Sale

Our website also includes a clearance section which contains a range of products which can be purchased online. All clearance product pricing is GST inclusive. Please be advised that by placing an order online you consent to the following terms and conditions.


We accept payments via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa) or PayPal. All credit card payments are processed securely through eWay. AMEX is not currently accepted.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are provided at cart and checkout. Studio Italia reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases where delivery results in unusually high shipping charges (remote locations, island deliveries, etc).

The shipping fee charged at checkout is for a standard delivery service (to door, ground floor only) and does not include unboxing or assembly.


Please make note of the following before placing an order:

  1. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure to provide a physical address for delivery.
  2. Phone numbers are required for all orders.
  3. At the shopping cart and checkout you will be given two delivery options. Select Courier Delivery (ATL) if you would like the item delivered to your home and left in a safe place. Select Courier Delivery (no ATL) if the item is being delivered to a workplace open during working hours.


Web orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment. Upon dispatch, shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are sent to your nominated email address.

Most items are delivered within 3-7 business days, though please allow up to 10 business days from dispatch for all items to arrive.

Studio Italia uses third party courier services such as Direct Freight, TOLL and TNT to ship web orders. Please note that Studio Italia does not ship with Australia Post and, as such, is unable to ship to PO boxes or post offices.

Unsuccessful deliveries may incur delays and re-delivery fees. As such, we encourage our customers to use tracking information to ensure someone is home on delivery date. Alternatively, please select delivery option Courier Delivery (ATL) at checkout and your order will be left in a safe place if no one is home on delivery.

International Deliveries

International shipping isn’t available online, but can be arranged in some cases. Contact us for more information.

Order Pick-up

Click & Collect is available for customers who wish to pick-up their orders from our Yaraville VIC warehouse. To arrange pick-up, simply select "Click & Collect" as the delivery method at checkout when placing your order.

Once your order is placed, stock will be prepared for collection (1-3 business days processing time). You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. Proof of purchase and ID is required on pick-up.

Please wait until you receive confirmation your order is ready before attempting pick-up.

Please note that the packaging of some products can be too large for a sedan. We will notify you if an ordered item is classed 'oversize' so arrangements can be made prior to pick-up.


Change of mind returns

We offer a 14 day return policy for change of mind, where items may be returned for a store credit or full refund less applicable shipping & handling costs. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by our warehouse and passed inspection. Please note that initial delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or faulty goods

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item so a replacement can be arranged. Please do not attempt to return an item before speaking with us, as you may be liable for any associated expenses in doing so.


We provide the following product warranties:

  • LED products: 2yr commercial / 3yr domestic
  • Products within technical collection: 2yr commercial / 3yr domestic
  • 12 month warranty offered on all other products

All warranties are “replacement only”. Please contact us directly if you wish to submit a warranty claim.

Please note that our warranty policy does not apply in cases of:

  • Unqualified/amateur installations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse
  • Failure to use in accordance to manufacturer instructions
  • Using the item in an abnormal way
  • Failure to take reasonable care


Please ensure to use qualified professionals for installation of any fixtures. Failure to do so will result in a void of warranty and Studio Italia cannot be held liable for any damages as a result.


Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval and are refunded via the original payment method.
