Euroluce Milan 2011 Report
In April this year, the company headed over to Milan to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Salone del Mobile & Euroluce 2011. Rotaliana unveiled a new collection of convention free designs including the String LED Table Lamp and Furin Wall of Light, both of which will be joining the Studio Italia collection later this year. Ivela, an innovative and relatively young Italian company showed its technical prowess in the collection of KEP floodlights. Ivela's unmistakeable elegance and simplicity in their design philosophy was evident, with the KEP standing out for its ultra thin design and elliptic body which is able to curve 350 degrees vertically and horizontally. Axo Light was also a stand out at the fair, bringing out a new collection featuring the Balance, Explo, and many more. Finally, Vistosi, which specialises in mouth-blown hand-made Murano glass lamps, featured a selection of new lamps at Euroluce including the Tablo, constructed in white blown glass and characterized by tobacco coloured lines.
